Bonnie J McIntosh PhD is a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of professional experience. She works with children, teens and adults. Dr. McIntosh provides assessment and treatment for childhood depression, anxiety, ADHD, school and behavioral difficulties, and family stress and conflict. She helps adults manage depression, anxiety, and the challenges of life changes and stresses. Dr. McIntosh has worked extensively with medical teams, including headache and cystic fibrosis centers, to assist children, teens and their families cope with chronic illness, pain, complicated daily medical treatments and emotional issues, as well as grief and loss. Dr. McIntosh works collaboratively with clients to identify challenges and address them using cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, solution-focused and other evidence-based interventions as indicated by clients’ needs. The goal is for clients and their families to feel more effective in coping with challenges and more confident in approaching each day.
